Scope of Services
Lead Power Solutions provides:
- Supply and Installation of UPS Systems
- Solar Power System Design and Installation
- Battery Backup Systems
- EV Charging Infrastructure
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Industrial Automation and Electrical Integration
- Maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts
All services are subject to technical evaluation and written quotation approval.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by the Company:
- Are valid for the specified period mentioned in the quotation
- Are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations
- May vary based on site conditions or technical adjustments
- Are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
A project is considered confirmed only after written acceptance and payment of agreed advance.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual quotations or contracts.Standard payment structure may include:
- Advance Payment prior to material procurement
- Progress Payments during installation
- Final Payment upon commissioning
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of system handover.
Installation and Site Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
- Adequate site access
- Stable electrical infrastructure
- Required approvals from authorities (if applicable)
- Safe working environment
Delays caused by site conditions, regulatory approvals, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Lead Power Solutions.
Warranty Conditions
All equipment supplied is covered under manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods typically include:
- UPS Systems – 2 to 5 Years
- Batteries – 1 to 5 Years
- Solar Inverters – 10 Years
- Solar Panels – 12 Years
- EV Chargers – 2 Years
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Improper usage
- Unauthorized modification
- Electrical overload caused by client systems
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
Warranty claims must follow manufacturer guidelines.
Maintenance and Service
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are governed by separate service agreements.
- Emergency services outside contracted scope may be charged separately.
- Replacement parts and consumables are billed unless covered under warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Lead Power Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential lossesLoss of business revenue
- Loss of data
- Operational downtime beyond contractual obligations
- Damage caused by external electrical faults
Liability is limited to the value of the supplied product or service under contract.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Power grid failures
- Import restrictions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Acts of war or civil unrest
Such events may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, logos, graphics, and documentation belongs to
Lead Power Solutions (PVT) Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
Confidentiality
Project specifications, technical designs, and client data are treated as confidential.
We do not disclose client information to third parties without written consent unless required by law.
Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Misuse website content
- Attempt unauthorized access

The Company reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
Governing Law
